Escenario
El cliente tiene un error al cargar una importación CSV. Mensaje de error: Complete el campo Nombre del cliente.
Solución
1. Vaya a Configuración > Importar / Exportar > Importar registros CSV
2. Escanear y cargar archivo CSV
- Tipo de importación: relaciones
- Tipo de registro: solo clientes
- Seleccione el archivo CSV.
3. Manejo de datos: actualización
4. Mapeo:
- Nombre | Cliente: ID de cliente | Haga clic en el ícono del lápiz: seleccione ID interna
- Asigne otros campos que se indican en el archivo CVS
6. Guardar mapeo e iniciar importación
Establecer nombre de importación
7. Guardar y ejecutar.
