NetSuite permite a los administradores personalizar roles según sus preferencias. Debido a la personalización de cada rol, se pueden encontrar ciertos errores en un rol que no se encontró en otro rol.
Este artículo proporciona un ejemplo en el que un determinado rol encuentra el mensaje de error "Diseño de PDF no válido. Póngase en contacto con su administrador" cuando imprima el PDF. El mensaje "Diseño de PDF inválido" implica que la plantilla utilizada para la transacción no está disponible para el rol. Por lo tanto, se muestra el mensaje de error. Para corregir el mensaje de error, asegúrese de que la forma preferida utilizada para la transacción también esté disponible para el rol que encuentra el error.
