Escenario
Apareció el usuario cuando se procesaba una Administración de archivos de pago (PFA) y el estado "Procesado con errores". Este tipo de estado aparece por varios motivos, según se indica en SuiteAnswer ID 39789 Error de resolución: "Se ha producido un error al crear el archivo de pago..." en Administración de archivos de pago. El reprocesamiento inmediato del formulario de PFA puede generar un nuevo error: "Se produjo un error al iniciar los threads de creación de pagos".
Para solucionarlo, primero debemos hacer un rollback (revertir) el PFA.
