Escenario
Las solicitudes relacionadas con el cambio de un período contable que ya tienen transacciones históricas no posibles mediante Configuración > Contabilidad > Gestionar períodos contables deben coordinarse con el equipo de servicios profesionales o el equipo de soporte avanzado al cliente (ACS).
Solución
El cambio en un período contable, especialmente aquellos que ya tienen registros, implica modificar períodos contables secundarios y compensar las transacciones asociadas. Las repercusiones de dichas modificaciones deben considerarse en primer lugar antes de proceder al cambio.
