En el estado de ingresos con la columna definida como Departamento, los costos de envío y manipulación se encuentran en la columna Sin departamento si Permitir por departamento de línea es Verdadero.
Solución
El departamento se debe especificar en el cuerpo de la línea principal (superior) de una transacción. Los artículos de envío y manipulación cubren toda la transacción y las líneas de artículo de una transacción tienen diferentes departamentos asignados.
