Cuando se utiliza el campo "Subartículo de" en los registros de inventario, los nombres de los artículos pueden llegar a ser innecesariamente largos, lo que dificulta la visualización y organización de las órdenes de compra. Cuando hay un subelemento de, el formato de nombre de elemento de orden de compra sería < Nombre del elemento principal: Nombre del Subartículo>.
A continuación, se muestra un ejemplo de una línea de artículo en el registro de orden de compra: El recuadro rojo indica el artículo principal; el recuadro azul indica el subartículo que se estaba pidiendo en la Orden de compra.
