Los usuarios editan el registro subsidiario, pero los campos quedan en bucle y los cambios no se pueden guardar.
Solución
Una de las posibles razones es el Formato de fecha debido a algunos problemas presentados anteriormente. Para resolver:
- Vaya a Configuración > Compañía > Preferencias generales
- Cambiar el valor del campo Formato de fecha a cualquier formato
- Clic en Guardar
- Vuelva a navegar a Configuración > Compañía > Preferencias generales
- Establecer el valor del campo Formato de fecha en formato original
- Clic en Guardar
