Escenario
La cuenta bancaria no se puede encontrar en el menú desplegable del campo Cuenta en la página Conciliar extracto bancario.
Esto sucede cuando la preferencia USAR LAS PÁGINAS CONFRONTAR DATOS BANCARIOS Y CONCILIAR ESTADO DE CUENTA está habilitada en el registro de cuenta bancaria. Esta preferencia determina si la cuenta bancaria se mostrará en la página Conciliar extracto bancario o en la página Conciliar extracto de cuenta.
Solución
- Vaya a Listas > Contabilidad > Cuentas.
- Cuenta bancaria: haga clic en Editar
- Usar las páginas Confrontar datos bancarios y Conciliar estado de cuenta
