Los certificados de regalo juegan un papel vital en las empresas por varias razones. Atraen nuevos clientes, aumentan las ventas y mejoran el flujo de caja. Estos certificados sirven como herramientas de marketing efectivas, exponiendo su negocio a un público más amplio al tiempo que ofrecen a los clientes una opción de regalo conveniente. En NetSuite, tenemos la función de certificados de regalo. Esta funcionalidad de NetSuite permite a los clientes comprar crédito de la tienda que se puede enviar como regalo a otros. El destinatario puede utilizar el código del certificado de regalo al realizar una compra en su tienda en línea o durante una transacción con un representante de ventas. NetSuite proporciona flexibilidad en la generación de estos códigos; Puede crearlos manualmente u optar por un código hash aleatorio generado automáticamente por el sistema. Es importante tener en cuenta que los códigos de autenticación del certificado de regalo permanecen inactivos hasta que se facture el pedido correspondiente utilizado para adquirir
