Escenario
El mensaje de error aparece en una pantalla cuando el usuario hace clic en un estado de flujo de trabajo para editarlo: ''la página debe volver a cargarse. Error interno.''
Solución
La causa del mensaje de error podría ser que el flujo de trabajo afectado se instaló desde un paquete, pero la instalación falló y los datos del flujo de trabajo están incompletos.
Reinstalar el paquete solucionará el problema.
Desinstale un paquete que contenga el flujo de trabajo afectado:
- Navegue a Personalización > Suitebundler > Buscar e Instalar Paquetes > Lista
