Problema de Refrescamiento con Error de Importación de Extracto Bancario CSV

Escenario
El usuario encuentra un error al cargar un archivo csv en Transacciones > Banco > Historial de Importación Bancaria > Cargar Archivo (Rol de Administrador)
Solución
Es conveniente copiar todos los detalles en la nueva plantilla de archivo:
- Descargue un nuevo archivo csv desde Transacciones > Banco > Historial de Importación Bancaria > Cargar Archivo
- Seleccione Importar con un analizador predeterminado (CSV, OFX, QFX, BAI2 o CAMT.053)
- Haga clic en Descargar Plantilla CSV
- Copie todos los detalles del archivo csv antiguo y péguelos en la plantilla recién descargada
- Vuelva a intentar la carga
