Escenario
Los usuarios pueden encontrar el siguiente error en FAM:
Error: "JOURNALERROR: Faltan una o más cuentas de contabilización".
Solución
Esto se debe a un valor en blanco o nulo en la cuenta de activos del registro de activos de FAM.
- Abrir el Registro de Activos FAM para transferir
- Clic Editar
- Clic en la pestaña Cuentas
- Ingrese una cuenta de activo fijo en el campo Cuenta de activo
- Clic en Guardar
Para evitar otros errores, asegúrese de que los campos Cuenta de depreciación y Cuenta de cargo de depreciación estén completos. Las cuentas no deben estar inactivas.
