Escenario
En las Reglas de Ingresos del Proyecto, el Monto Total a Reconocer es igual a cero, incluso si hay Cargos por Reconocimiento de Ingresos.
Solución
Compruebe primero si el sistema genera un mensaje de error al generar cargos. Si encuentra el siguiente mensaje de error, siga los pasos a continuación para resolverlo.
Error: "No se pudieron generar cargos para la regla de cargo [Nombre de clase de facturación] Clase de facturación porque no se definió ninguna tarifa. Actualice la clase de facturación [Nombre de la clase de facturación] con una tarifa para que esta regla la use."
