Asientos contables compensados en el informe de antigüedad de cuentas por cobrar

Escenario
Hay asientos contables con un importe neto de 0,00 que siguen apareciendo en el informe de antigüedad de Cuentas por Cobrar.
Solución
- Vaya a Transacciones > Clientes > Aceptar pagos de cliente
- Rellene los siguientes campos:
Cliente
Moneda
Cuenta de AR - Cuenta por cobrar
Cuenta
Fecha
Período contable - En la subficha Aplicar > Factura, seleccione el Asiento contable
- En la subficha Aplicar > Créditos, seleccione el Asiento contable
- Haga clic en Guardar
Nota: Después de guardar, observará que no hay ningún registro de pago y si vuelve a abrir el informe de antigüedad de cuentas a cobrar, ya no se mostrarán los 2 asientos contables.
