Escenario
No se creó ninguna factura y el estado es incorrecto al intentar ejecutar la factura en las operaciones de facturación en proceso > Registrar mensaje de error: "Las transacciones no pueden contener más de 5000 líneas".
Solución
- Asegúrese de que la cantidad total de líneas de suscripción en una cuenta de facturación sea 5000 o menos.
- Si el número total de líneas de suscripción supera las 5000, abra la cuenta de facturación, haga clic en Siguiente factura y luego elimine manualmente las líneas que superen el límite de 5000. Cree otra Factura para las Líneas de suscripción restantes.
