Restablecer números generados automáticamente

Producto: Netsuite 2024.2

Escenario

El número de factura más alto actual es Sales002.

En Configuración > Compañía > Números generados automáticamente > pestaña Números de documento > Facturas = habilitado.

Permitir anulación (Allow Override) también está marcado para factura.

Un usuario crea dos nuevas Facturas, anula los números generados automáticamente y en su lugar usa Sales100 y Sales101.

En este punto, la secuencia está distorsionada ya que se omitieron los números de Sale003 a Sale099.

Solución

Para restaurar la numeración de facturas, siga los siguientes pasos:

IMPORTANTE: Asegúrese de que nadie esté creando ninguna Factura nueva hasta que se completen los siguientes pasos.
