Escenario
Cuando se facturan las órdenes de venta masivas, algunas transacciones pueden fallar con el mensaje de error: "Debe introducir al menos una línea de artículo para esta transacción". Esto ocurre cuando las líneas de artículo en las órdenes de venta tienen un calendario de facturación donde:
- La frecuencia de recurrencia es personalizada y
- La columna Importe inicial e Importe es 0,00 o 0%
Solución
Indique un valor mayor que cero en el campo Importe inicial o en la columna Importe
Nota: El valor puede ser numérico o porcentaje siempre que sea mayor que cero.
