Escenario
El usuario está intentando realizar una importación de CSV del plan contable, pero recibe un mensaje de error:
- Clave de referencia de cuenta no válida xx para la subsidiaria xx
Solución
El motivo por el que falla la importación de CSV es porque la cuenta no tiene un ID externo. El usuario puede verificar esto mediante la creación de una búsqueda guardada mediante los siguientes pasos:
- Vaya a Listas > Contabilidad > Cuentas > Buscar
- Clic en Crear búsqueda guardada
- Cambiar nombre de búsqueda a "Búsqueda guardada de ID externo de cuenta"
