No aplicar el pago aplicado a una factura y revertir el impacto del registro de pago
Se aplica a
Producto: Netsuite 2025.1
Escenario
El usuario crea un registro de Pago y lo aplica a una factura, pero luego el Pago deja de ser válido.
Solución
Para resolverlo, el usuario debe seguir los siguientes pasos:
I. No aplique el pago del registro de la factura
- Edite el registro de pagos
- Haga clic en la subficha Aplicar.
- Desmarque la casilla de verificación Aplicar para la factura a la que se aplicó
- Haga clic en Guardar.
II. Invierta el impacto de LM del registro de pago
- Ver el registro de pago
- Menú Acciones: impacto en el libro mayor
