Resolver Error: "Error de Cálculo de Promoción. Los Datos son Nulos..."
Producto: NetSuite Point of Sale (NSPOS) 2019.1
Escenario
Al procesar una transacción de venta en NSPOS, los usuarios pueden encontrar el error: "Error de cálculo de promoción. Los datos son nulos. Este método o propiedad no se puede llamar en valores nulos." al incluir un elemento promocional mediante Promociones Avanzadas cuya columna Límite se ha definido en null. Esto se debe a que la Regla de Acumulación utilizada no se ha replicado correctamente en la base de datos local.
Al activar una actualización desde NetSuite, se volverá a rellenar el registro de Regla de Apilamiento. Lo mejor sería actualizar tanto la Regla de Apilamiento por defecto como la regla de apilamiento más probablemente utilizada por el artículo promocional.
