Anular Depósito de Cliente en un Periodo Cerrado

Escenario
Es necesario anular un depósito de un cliente que se registró en un período cerrado, sin tener que reabrir dicho período. Este artículo ofrece una solución para crear una entrada de diario de reversión que se aplicará contra el depósito del cliente con el fin de cancelar la mencionada transacción.
Solución
Permitir cambios no contables en el período cerrado:
1- Vaya a Configuración > Contabilidad > Gestionar períodos contables
2- Haga clic en el período en el que se registró el depósito del cliente
