Escenario
RR. HH. necesita realizar un seguimiento de las evaluaciones de desempeño para dar aprobación y autorización por parte de RR. HH. Esto sucede cuando el Supervisor o el Evaluador establece el estado de la evaluación de desempeño como "Evaluación presentada".
Solución
Cree una búsqueda guardada de evaluación del desempeño con una alerta por correo para notificar a Recursos Humanos sobre las evaluaciones del desempeño que deben ser aprobadas.
- Vaya a Informes > Búsquedas guardadas > Todas las búsquedas guardadas > Nueva
