Resolver Error: "Clave de Referencia promoCode XX no Válida para la Entidad XX" al Agregar Orden

Producto: Netsuite 2021.1
Escenario
Al agregar una Orden de Ventas con Código de Promoción a través de Servicios Web, se encuentra el error "INVALID_KEY_OR_REF: Código de referencia de código de promoción no válido 41 para la entidad 1420939". Aunque todos los valores son válidos y el error no está ocurriendo en la Interfaz de NetSuite.
Esto se debe a que el cliente está utilizando
<promoCode xsi:type='platformCore:RecordRef' internalId='41'/>
solo para agregar un Código de Promoción a la Orden de Ventas.
