Setting Import Preferences

The Import Preferences page allows you to configure basic settings for file imports and how your files are processed. These preferences ensure that your data is imported accurately and efficiently. 

Steps to Access and Set Import Preferences 

1. Go to Ask Oracle > Administration > Data Import > File Import > Import Preferences. 
2. Configure the following fields: 
3. CSV File Column Delimiter: Select the delimiter used in your CSV file. 
4. Delimiter for Multi-Select Values: Specify the character for separating multiple values in a single field. 
5. File Character Encoding: Choose the appropriate encoding (e.g., UTF-8). 
6. Save your changes.
