Reparar el lote de reconciliación estancado de Avalara

Producto: NetSuite 2022.1
Escenario
Al ejecutar lotes de conciliación, el estado permanece En Curso y no se puede eliminar.
Solución
Para corregirlo, realice los siguientes pasos:
1. Con el rol de Administrador, vaya a Personalización > Listas, Registros y Campos > Tipos de Registro
2. En la fila de AVARECONCILEBATCH, haga clic en Lista
3. Haga clic en Editar en el lote estancado
4. Cambie el Estado del Lote a 2
5. Cambie el Progreso del Lote al 100%
6. Cambie Fase de Lote a 2
7. Haga clic en Guardar
8. Reinicie el lote con un subconjunto de datos más pequeño.
