Actualmente, esto no es posible en NetSuite y se está considerando su implementación bajo la Mejora 67933.

Solución
Como solución alternativa, el usuario debe crear un campo personalizado que se pueda buscar en la Búsqueda global.
I. Crear un campo personalizado
- Vaya a Personalización > Listas, registros y campos > Campos de entidad > Nuevo
- Etiqueta: Introduzca un nombre personalizado
- Tipo: Seleccionar Texto libre
- Almacenar valor:
