Solucionar el error: "Advertencia: tipo de transacción desconocido "transaction/journal" (XXXXX)"

Escenario
Cuando el usuario hace clic en el icono Imprimir de un registro de asiento, aparece el Aviso: "transacción/asiento de tipo de transacción desconocido (xxx)" donde "xxx" hace referencia al ID interno del asiento.
Solución
Los clientes que suelen encontrar este problema son aquellos que utilizan diseños de PDF personalizados. Para resolverlo, siga estos pasos:
Vaya a Inicio > Establecer preferencias > pestaña Transacciones
En la sección Impresión, desmarque la casilla Imprimir usando HTML
Haga clic en Guardar
