Escenario
El usuario intenta ejecutar una Depreciación de activos, pero recibe el siguiente error: «Infracción de permiso: necesita un permiso superior para el tipo de registro personalizado de proceso FAM para acceder a esta página. Póngase en contacto con el administrador de su cuenta».
Solución
- Para solucionar esto, realice lo siguiente:
- Navegue a Configuración > Usuarios/Roles > Gestionar roles (Rol de administrador).
- Seleccione el Rol que encontró el error.
En la pestaña Permisos, en la subpestaña Registros personalizados, agregue los siguientes permisos:
