El artículo 'NSC | Match Bank Data > No todas las cuentas bancarias están disponibles para su selección' destaca un desafío al que se enfrentan los usuarios al utilizar la función Confrontar datos bancarios. Ahora, exploremos otro problema común que encuentran los usuarios, particularmente aquellos con roles personalizados.

El usuario con un rol personalizado no puede seleccionar una cuenta, a pesar de tener acceso completo en la página Confrontar Datos bancarios. La lista desplegable Cuenta continúa cargándose sin mostrar ninguna opción.

Para permitir que un rol personalizado seleccione y vea cuentas en la página Confrontar datos bancarios, se debe conceder al rol de usuario el permiso Cuentas con al menos acceso de nivel de vista. El Administrador podrá realizar lo siguiente:
