Solucionar el error: "Por favor, elija un método de envío..." al importar un CSV de facturas

Escenario
El usuario encuentra un error: Elija un método de envío para tener en cuenta el costo de envío, al realizar una importación de CSV de factura en donde el monto se asigna al campo Factura de NetSuite: Costo de envío en la página Asignación de campos del Asistente de importación.
Solución
Este error se produce cuando el costo de envío tiene un valor mientras que el método de envío es nulo en la transacción. Para resolver esto, el usuario debe asignar un método de envío en la factura:
