Escenario
Un rol de Administrador crea un conjunto de búsqueda guardada de subvención configurado como Público, pero los roles que no son de Administrador no pueden acceder a él.
Solución
El registro de subvenciones es un segmento personalizado en el que algunos roles no tienen acceso. Para otorgar acceso:
- Con el rol de Administrador, navegue a Personalización > Listas, registros y campos > Segmentos personalizados
- Subvención: haga clic en Editar
- Haga clic en la pestaña Permisos
- Agregar Roles
- Nivel de acceso de gestión de valores: establezca al menos en
