Solucionar el error: "Este registro no se puede eliminar ..." al eliminar un programa estadístico

Escenario
El usuario no puede eliminar el Programa Estadístico debido a un error: "Este registro no se puede eliminar porque tiene registros dependientes"
Solución
Elimine todos los registros dependientes en el Programa estadístico para poder eliminar el propio Programa estadístico:
- Vaya a Transacciones > Finanzas > Crear programa estadístico > Lista
- Haga clic en Ver junto al Programa estadístico que desea eliminar
- En el Registro de ejecución > Columna de detalles, haga clic en el Enlace y ábralo en una pestaña nueva
- Pase el ratón sobre Acciones
- Haga clic en
