Al implementar SuiteCommerce Advanced como tienda web, es posible que se encuentre con un problema: las categorías de comercio faltan en su sitio o, en ocasiones, no aparecen.
A continuación, te indicamos cómo comprobar y solucionar el problema.
Intenta reconstruir el índice de búsqueda. Una vez completada la reconstrucción, revisa tu sitio para ver si el problema se ha resuelto.
1. Vaya a Comercio > Sitios web > Lista de sitios web.
2. Haga clic en Editar en el registro de tu sitio web.
3. Coloque el cursor sobre Acciones y haga clic en Reconstruir índice de búsqueda.
4. Haga clic en Aceptar.
