Factura de pedido de venta facturado erroneamente como venta en efectivo con reembolso en efectito

Escenario
Un usuario facturó incorrectamente una Orden de Venta como Venta en Efectivo en lugar de Factura, y la Pasarela de Pagos ya ha procesado un Reembolso en Efectivo.
La Venta en Efectivo no puede eliminarse porque ya ha sido procesada por la Pasarela de Pagos y el Evento de Pago quedará pendiente.
Solución
- Vaya a Transacciones > Ventas > Ingresar órdenes de venta > Lista
- Haga clic en Ver junto a la orden de venta específica
- Haga clic en Cerrar orden
- Vaya a Transacciones > Ventas > Ingresar órdenes de venta
- Rellene todos los campos con los valores de la orden de venta original
