Escenario
El usuario desea cambiar la hora establecida para un evento de campaña de marketing programado para hoy, pero recibe el mensaje "No puede cambiar la hora de los eventos de correo electrónico programados para hoy".
Solución
El horario establecido en un Evento de Campaña programado para la fecha actual no se puede modificar. Sin embargo, el usuario puede modificar la fecha (por ejemplo, cambiar la fecha del 17/7/2020 al 18/7/2020).
- Navegue a Listas > Marketing > Campañas de Marketing
- Campaña de Marketing: Haga clic en Editar
- Eventos:
- Fecha: Cambie la Fecha
