Nuevo en NetSuite | Cómo la activación de funciones crea cuentas
Cuando configuras NetSuite por primera vez, puedes notar que aparecen nuevas cuentas en tu Plan de Cuentas al habilitar ciertas funciones. Esto ocurre porque NetSuite crea automáticamente las cuentas que tu empresa necesita para una gestión financiera fluida.
Por ejemplo, cuando activas la función de Cuentas por Pagar (Accounts Payable), NetSuite configura automáticamente una cuenta llamada “Accounts Payable”. Esta cuenta es importante porque te permite hacer un seguimiento de todo el dinero que tu empresa debe a proveedores y suministradores. Dependiendo de la versión de NetSuite que utilices, esta cuenta también puede aparecer con el nombre “Acct Pay”. Si más adelante decides desactivar la función y volver a activarla, NetSuite no crea una cuenta nueva; la cuenta original permanece activa.
