Hi, DVD is a desktop application, not a server application. So you can't include it in anything as it must run on your own desktop. To embed "something" you need a server solution like the cloud services you mention or OBIEE which comes with DV on top.

OBIEE is getting away from flash in 12c, and DVD is based on OBIEE, so same thing: it uses HTML5 instead of flash. You can export PDF, that's probably your best way to get a "file" you can then display / link somewhere else. You just don't have the right cloud service. BICS is not OAC, OAC is more than just BICS, and this publish screen asks for OAC connection details.

The light SSO is enabled by default, before it was an optional thing if you wanted to share the session between DV and OBIEE. I didn't see many things in the 12.2.1.3.0 OBIEE DV, it just looks like before but I also wasn't paying much attention to it.
