This is a much-needed functionality which is long overdue. Because of this issue, we need to give access to BIP reports to end users many a times although we wanted to give them access to ESS jobs only.

Hi @Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle , Thanks for detailed answer. I am just trying to understand how all these things work in this community. The direct message option is not working for me, else I could have directly asked all the questions there. I will delete my posts about these questions now as I have all my answers. Thanks.

Thanks for quick turnaround on the article @Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle. One last question, for the Ambassador program, does it consider the points from 01st Jan till 31st Dec? Thanks for your continuous support.

Hi @Benjamin Arnulf-Oracle , Hope you are well. One quick question, is there a page where I can see all the levels and points required for each level? I just received an email that my level is updated to 5, so curious to know more details on this. Thanks.

Hi @Josue Jimenez , Is this applicable for OTBI reports as well? Thanks.
-
Are you able to see the Requisition Number from UI? Thanks.

Hi @Earth place , From fusion SaaS perspective, both options are used to take a backup/move reports/data models between environment. From the Oracle documentation, I could gather, that if you have a standalone BIP, then you should use Upload/Download option. Downloading and Uploading Catalog Objects (oracle.com) From a use…

Can you try the solution mentioned in below MOS doc i.e exposting as csv? Exporting OTBI Reports Limited To 25,000 Lines In Excel (Doc ID 2753125.1) Fusion OTBI - How To Export More Than 65000 Records From OTBI (Doc ID 2247962.1) Thanks.

Confirmation from Oracle development team as well (that it is not possible using BIP/OTBI currently): Scheduled OTBI Agents — Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com) Thanks.

I don't think this is possible in fusion HCM. Please check below MOS note on available workaround: Fusion OTBI - How to find all of your BI Agents in your system (Doc ID 1672432.1) Thanks.

Hi @Kauan_Bohn , Please check XLE_REGISTRATIONS table. Thanks.
-
Hi Ivony, Can you please check if below helps? How to embed BIP report in OTBI dashboard with Date Prompt/parameter? — Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com) Thanks.
-
This is must. This will save a lot of time for the developer + identifying access issues.
-
This should definitely be considered. This will help the developer to create on the fly data models/reports required for complex integrations and will reduce the dependency on fusion access/navigation steps etc. Thanks.

Hi @George Chernikov , Unfortunately, there is no way to evaluate the fast formulas from SQL. So, to meet your requirement, you will have to replicate the FF in SQL which definitely should not be an option in any case. Thanks.

Hi Sara, Customer Connect is better place for your query. Please post your query on below forum: Reporting and Analytics for HCM — Cloud Customer Connect (oracle.com) Also, you can search if there are any existing such reports. Thanks.

Can you check in hr_locations_all and join with location_id? Thanks.
-
Hi, Are you looking for description of rcta.attribute15? Thanks.
-
Hi @Yael Medina , As per my knowledge, this is not supported currently. Once you have access to query one table, you can query all other tables as well. There are certain set of tables from HCM( which I am aware of) that hold PII information will retrieve data only with certain access but not all the tables. Thanks.

Hi @Jaime Castillo , If I understand correctly, you can see the data in application UI for these two mentioned fields but not in the report? Can you ask any one of your colleagues also to verify if the behavior is same or it is only with your user? The fields should be populated in analysis if you are able to see them in…
