Need to support BIP report as data set source

Description

For non-replicate connection (Fusion Application), it only supports data sources (including subject area, analysis report, logical SQL) for the data set.

We'd like to have BIP report supported as data source. Here are the reasons,

1. BIP report gives us more flexibility to query data on the table levels. This simplifies a lot of subject area/customer SA, analysis report build in Fusion OTBI if we want to retrieve data from multiple unr-related objects.

2. BIP report gives us more rows than analysis report & logical SQL.

Totally agree. It would be nice to query data at the table level and do analytics on top of this. This might help with advanced reporting using analytics.
