Add trellis rows and columns to performance tiles and other visualizations

Description

I am looking at a grid of performance tiles. Especially with sparklines and bars coming in OAC, it would be helpful to be able to have a grid of performance tiles across the page. We can create individual tiles, but why not extend the trellis concept across all of the visualizations?  That way, (or example), I could create a separate performance tile for each of my divisions easily (and perhaps see the months as sparkline)?  That would make for an attractive visualization of my divisions.  i could also filter that to the divisions I especially want to see.

Use Case and Business Need

Creating separate visualizations takes time and hard-codes the specific filter settings for each viz.  A trellis chart is much quicker to create.

This would make tiles a lot more useful, and this is functionality they basically already had in the old Mobile App Designer, so the current tile implementation was a big step backwards.
