Bar Chart Sync the scales of Primary Y value axis and Secondary Y2 value axis

Organization Name
Washington State University
Description
In Oracle Analytics Cloud Data Visualization platform, bar chart supports primary Y value axis (on the left) and Y2 secondary value axis (on the right). I noticed it automatically chooses "Max Data" in the "End" value in each of the value axis separately.
This is an enhancement request to sync Y and Y2 axis scales, and allow us to choose whether to sync them or not.
If sync, then allow us to either put a value or use "Max Value of both Y and Y2" as the "End" of the axis.
Use Case and Business Need
e.g. we want to measure two related categories, say Male or Female, and their % pass / fail rate in class. If we put Male values as Y and Female values as Y2... we really want to sync Y and Y2 axis so they are on the same scale. Otherwise, it could be quite misleading due to the two bars are side by side allowing comparisons. But they are on different scales.
