Something like this ? 

this is already available in OAC .   I believe it was available in 5.5 as well.  You need to make sure your administrator has setup the email server in the Administration console. This may explain why you aren't seeing the option.

seems like this feature is available for OAC only and not for OAS 5.5

My apologies... I didn't notice you were on OAS and not OAC...   Some features such as these that require cloud to cloud integration features are not available on OAS.
