Description
This ability should allow us to add/change a background image for the Dashboard in OAC (i.e. attached printscreen).
Use Case and Business Need
This feature will allow us to create more visually friendly Reports and Dashboards in order to maintain the same structure, look and feel as we currently have in existing system.
