Ability to disable Quotation Marks when downloading data to Tab Delimited

When users download the data to "Tab Delimited", the test columns have Quotations showing up. They do not want those quotations, how to disable them?
Use Case and Business Need
Users export data for further analysis in local setup and need it in Tab Delimited format. It was working fine in OBIEE and things got broken in OAC. User are really frustrated.
