When I'm doing a report using BI publisher for the first time, it is always exports a PDF file.

I'm more confortable using a Excel file so I need to stop the export, then change the format that launch the export again...

Use Case and Business Need

I would need to have the possibility to set the Excel or the format I prefer as format by default for my reports.

As you can see in the screenshot, the defaulted value is HTML and my reports are PDF formatted.

Let me try to force to Excel using that documentation but I'm not very confident in the final behaviour.

For me, we should have a very simple way to define as a user and not as an admin, the most use format (for me Excel, for someone else in the team Text ,etc...)

Any Modifications to the seeded report cannot be done until these are customized (Copied into /shared/custom).
