Child Item

A column search function that targets the subject area enables fuzzy search.

Koki Saito

Organization Name

ZEAL Corporation

Description

For example, enter "ount" in the Subject Area column to allow you to search for "Country name".

Use Case and Business Need

Ambiguous search is possible in the subject area.

More details

In the current version, if the data source is the subject area, fuzzy search cannot be used effectively with single-byte characters.

We have confirmed that even if you enter "ount" for the column in the subject area, "Country Name" will not be hit.

My issue was 'validate failed: Migration checksum mismatch for migration 2.1.0.0.0' during executing of ua. Now I can only create a new…
Add AI Assistant questions and outcomes to Usage Tracking
We're considering rolling out the AI Assistant to more users, but as admins we've no real way of seeing how it's actually being used. Usage Tracking is great for logical and physical queries, but it doesn't tell us what questions people typed, which ones the Assistant couldn't answer, or where it picked the wrong column or…
Persist filters and saved states across all tabs in an OAC report/dashboard
Enhancement request Enable shared filter selections and saved states across all eight tabs of The Pulse – Ticket OAC report/dashboard. Filters selected on Opened Tickets should automatically apply to the other seven tabs, wherever the corresponding filter is supported. Current limitation Users must reapply their filter…
