change system wide default font, font size and other OAC analysis/ report properties

Description
When OAC analysis is exported to excel with default font size, exported excel shows data in 25% smaller font.
This is because OAC reports use font size in pixels vs excel uses font size in points.
eg: Default font size in OAC report is 12, when exported to excel, data shows in font size 8.
It would be great if the default font size can be changed system wide (for all new analysis) so the data can be presented in readable size.
This is just one example of default settings. Other default setting could be default font which could be something that OAC provides or company specific fonts.
Use Case and Business Need
Currently, the font size is 8 when report is exported to excel. Font size 8 is not readable and user always has to change the font size in excel.
As a developer, I have to modify font size for each column heading, column value, grant total label, grant total values to show expected font size in excel.
When specific large size in OAC report so the fonts show correctly in excel, the output looks very large when viewing the reports in HTML.

This kind of project-scope setting are much needed. With little effort, lots of manual activities (e.g. resizing font in excel after each export) can be avoided.

I would add on to this and say that we'd need themes in general - customizable themes for DV and classic that control eg.
- font, font size, color for different elements: titles, filter controls, labels, number format on labels, axis labels and so on.
- chart settings: axes titles on/off, titles on/off, labels on / off, filter controls visible/hidden
- background settings
Ideally, the individual included or applied elements of a theme can be customized, eg. you can choose to apply only color, font size etc. but not label settings and so on.
Right now, there are, as has already been said, a lot of manual activities that have to be repeated for each and every project, element etc. if we want to achieve a consistent look and good reporting design.
What would also help is some kind of format brush to re-apply formatting from one element to the next.

I'd like to push this since I'm currently working on ideas how to unify design etc. over all projects - right now, if you want eg. all your font to be arial or a different size and you have 10 existing projects with 5 tabs and 5 objects each, you're looking at individually manipulating possibly about 250 objects. In classic, there is at least the format painter to reuse formats.
