OBIEE 12c - Formatting of area above the row/attribute section in a pivot table

Description
With the current OBIEE version(12.2.1.4.0) we don't have any option to format the area above the row/attribute section of pivot view. This section property should be aligned with the pivot table property so that it should not stand out.
Use Case and Business Need
We can observe this behavior in all pivot tables in OBIEE 12c(12.2.1.4.0) Version. We have attached a document for reference.

SR 3-25229114944 has been raised for this. Since this property is not inbuilt with the current OBIEE release so raising this Enhancement Request.
