Delivers Agent (iBot) is a function of Classic Home (OBIEE) in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) that allows you to schedule and email specified output to recipients. Currently under the Content options only BI specific analytics are provided, Analysis, Dashboard and Briefing Book. As the use of Data Visualization is increasing it would be great to include Project from DV as a Content item.
Use Case and Business Need
While DV projects are quite interactive many members of senior management only require a snapshot in time to review current status. If the Project had delivery capabilities they'd be able to receive PDF or PPTX files from the project with prefixed parameters to give them a quick review via email.
