Search and Select Columns by data name pattern

Organization Name
Verizon
Description
Ability to search and select columns by data name pattern during in data set and data flow creation.
Use Case and Business Need
During data set/flow creation, we sometimes need to review and search columns using data name patterns in order to identify which columns to include in the data set or verify transformations/updates made to specific columns before having to commit to the updates and create the data sets or run the data flow.

Hi Angel,
There are currently two areas during dataset creation that users can search and select columns - in the Query Editor when creating new datasets from external sources, there is a search bar where users can enter a pattern, and the column list will be filtered to all columns matching the pattern where they can be selected. The second option is in the Transform Editor, users can also search columns by entering a patter and the list of columns will be filtered to those matching the full or partial pattern and when clicked, the corresponding column will be selected. These features are available in the latest 6.0 version of the Oracle Analytics Cloud.
I'll mark this as implemented - but will check with you separately if I have misunderstood your requirement.

Hi Luis, thank you for the update. Is this a current capability in 6.0? I am asking because that search box does not exist in 5.5 and 5.9 -- the versions that we have.
